Teriyaki

Teriyaki
Ingredients: 2 1/2 pounds of wings trimmed and separated, 3/4 cup bottled teriyaki sauce, 1/2 cup pineapple juice, 3 large garlic cloves minced, 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  • Mix marinade ingredients well in a large bowl. Add wings, stir, and marinate for 2 hours at room temperature. Drain and reserve marinade.
  • Preheat broiler. Place wings on broiling rack and broil 15 to 20 minutes or until browned and cooked through. Turn after 10 minutes and baste with marinade.
  • Transfer to a platter and serve.
