Teriyaki
Ingredients: 2 1/2 pounds of wings trimmed and separated, 3/4 cup bottled teriyaki sauce, 1/2 cup pineapple juice, 3 large garlic cloves minced, 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Mix marinade ingredients well in a large bowl. Add wings, stir, and marinate for 2 hours at room temperature. Drain and reserve marinade.
Preheat broiler. Place wings on broiling rack and broil 15 to 20 minutes or until browned and cooked through. Turn after 10 minutes and baste with marinade.
